CARERS: We Need Your Help

Something new is being built for carers like you — and before it launches, the people testing it should be the ones who actually do the job.

Specialist Language Courses is looking for frontline carers to try out a brand-new AI communication training tool — one built specifically for the care sector. Whether you work in a residential home, provide home care, support people in supported living, or work out in the community, we want to hear from you.

No technical background needed. Just your everyday experience and honest feedback.

What’s Involved

Taking part takes around 20–30 minutes. You’ll work through realistic care communication scenarios, explore the different training units, and share your thoughts on what feels useful — and what doesn’t. That’s it. Your feedback will directly shape how the tool develops.
