Most frequent questions and answers
  • Upon purchase, you will receive 3 emails, the first is your order confirmation containing a link to your Getting Started Guide, the second contains the link to set up your subscription account. The third email will ask you to verify your email address for your course account.
  • Set up your subscription account so you can manage your subscription.
  • Download the Getting Started Guide and follow the instructions, including verifying your course account.
  • Once finished, enjoy the course!

Our courses vary in levels, you are able to see what level each course requires on the relevant webpage above the video.

There is no enrolment involved, all you need to do is purchase your course of choice from our website. Just go the relevant webpage, scroll to the bottom, make your choices and click ‘Add to Basket’ Then just click on the Trolley icon at the top of your screen when you are ready and follow the instructions. If you have any issues in making your payment or deciding which course would be best for you, please do not hesitate to contact us clicking here.

Step 1: To redeem your code, download your Getting Started Guide and visit the SLC Campus.

Step 2:  If this is the first time you are studying with SLC, click on Register. If you have studied with us before, click on Log in.

Step 3:  Enter your email address click on the NEXT button.

Step 4: Create an account by entering your details and setting your password.

Step 5: You will receive an email to ‘Confirm your course registration’ . Please follow the instructions to activate your account. If you do not receive it in a few minutes, check your junk inbox.

Step 6: Once you have activated your account, the link in the email will take you to the home page where you will find the product that you bought.

If the NEXT button does not light up when you paste the code from the email, delete the last letter of the code and retype it.

If you haven’t received your activation email after setting up your account please make sure to check your spam/junk inbox. If you do not find it in your spam/junk inbox please contact us clicking here.

If you’re having problems logging back into your account please make sure of the following:

  • You have the correct username and it is spelt correctly – Please note your username is case sensitive
  • You have the correct password and it is spelt correctly
  • We recommend using Chrome as your browser
  • Clear your cache and cookies
  • You are using a laptop or PC
  • You have successfully set up an account

If you have forgotten your password just click on the ‘Forgotten Password’ button on the log in page and follow the instructions.

SLC Login page

There could be several reasons you are unable to see your course. If you have only recently set up your account make sure you have redeemed your code correctly.

If you have been studying for some time it may be due to your access expiring. If this is the case we can extend your course access for a fee of £15 per 1 month extension. If you would like to extend your access or if your access should not have expired, please contact us clicking here.

If you are unable to watch the videos in your course please make sure of the following:

  • We recommend using Chrome as your browser
  • Clear your cache and cookies
  • You are using a laptop or PC not a mobile phone
  • Your PC or laptop are fully up to date
  • Try an incognito window

If the above does not work please contact us clicking here. Please include as much detail as possible. Including screenshots will help.

Yes, we can extend your course for a fee of £15 per extra month of access.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time by following the instructions provided in your registration email, or by logging into Your Account from here.

Yes, you will receive your Certificate of Achievement after completing the course with an overall score of 80% or more. The Certificate will show your name, a description of the course content and English level, and the CPD points you have achieved if applicable. To request a certificate contact us clicking here.

If you feel you have a genuine reason for complaint, you should inform SLC as soon as possible. We respond to all reasonable complaints and we do all we can to resolve any problems.
