SLC Managing Director Chris Moore is heading to NATECLA this week — without doubt the highlight of the UK ESOL calendar. Chris will be at the conference tomorrow and Saturday, and on Saturday he’s co-delivering a session on Delivering Culturally Aware Lessons.
Chris is co-presenting alongside long-term partner and TERM colleague Stephanie Lam. Drawing on SLC’s many years of experience working with refugees and migrant students from across the world, the session explores how learners’ cultural perspectives make ESOL classrooms such rich, powerful learning spaces.
