Specialist Language Courses is currently testing a new AI communication training tool built specifically for the care sector — and we need the help of care managers and service leads to get it in front of the right people.

If you manage a care home, a home care service, a supported living setting, or any community care provision, you’re in the best position to share this with your team. Taking part requires just 20–30 minutes of a carer’s time — no technical knowledge needed, just their everyday care experience.

What We’re Asking Your Team to Do

Participation is straightforward:

Every carer who completes the testing receives a £10 Amazon voucher and a certificate of participation — a small but tangible recognition of their time.

How to Share It With Your Team

The simplest way is to share the registration link or QR code directly with your team — via WhatsApp, internal messaging, or printed and pinned to your noticeboard. Carers can register straight from their phone camera with no app required.

The testing window runs from 30 March to 20 April 2026. The more carers who take part, the better the tool will work for the sector as a whole — and that includes your team.
