The 6th International English for Healthcare Conference – Reflections
Reflecting on the English for Conference organised by EALTHY and SLC this past weekend, I started thinking about the numbers. 85 delegates, all involved in
SLC works with healthcare employers and recruitment companies to enable international nurses, doctors, AHPs, and healthcare support workers to pass English tests, relocate successfully to the UK, and improve their clinical communication skills so they can both meet regulatory requirements and provide safe and effective care to patients in the UK.
SLC’s courses are online and work on all devices, so learners can study from wherever they are. We have supported NHS candidates on projects across the UK, Africa, Europe and Asia, including the Indian subcontinent, the Gulf and the Philippines.
NHS employers can view learning progress in detail at any time through the dynamic reporting system and regular academic reviews.
