Contribute to workshops, training sessions and knowledge-sharing with local educators during the academic year.

Recruitment timeline

Initial review
The recruitment team reviews applications and may request additional information.
Interview stage
Interviews are usually arranged within approximately 1–2 weeks after successful application review.
Offer and contract
Successful candidates typically receive confirmation and contract documentation within 1–2 weeks.
Visa preparation
Work permit and onboarding documentation are prepared with programme support.
Travel and arrival
International flights are arranged and pre-arrival guidance is provided before travel to Uzbekistan.
Settlement and school placement
Teachers are supported with onboarding, accommodation settlement and introduction to their assigned school.
Candidate requirements
This programme is designed for qualified, experienced English language teachers who are ready for an international school placement.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in English, TESOL, Education or a related field; or BA in any subject plus CELTA, DELTA or TESOL
- At least two years of experience teaching English in international settings
- Strong interest in intercultural communication and ability to adapt to a foreign public education system
- Native English speaker from the UK, US, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa
