SLC at Eaquals conference April 11 th -13 th

SLC’s Managing Director, Chris Moore, is also a Trustee on the Board of Eaquals, the world’s leading international language education accreditation association, where he has served for the last 5 years.

During this time, Eaquals successfully navigated the huge challenges thrown up by the Covid pandemic and has grown in stature. Its accredited members now represent university language departments, international language education chains, intensive and extensive language schools and K12 language education centres from 35 countries around the world. Its associate members include global publishing houses, language technology companies, assessment companies, and associations of language education organisations.

Every year, Eaquals holds an international conference, bringing together leading figures from the world of language education in a rich programme of professional development for owners, directors, academic managers, teacher trainers, researchers, and teachers. This year the conference is taking place in the gorgeous city of Lisbon from 11th to 13th April.

In his role as Trustee, Chris will be in attendance throughout the conference, meeting with the Board, introducing sessions, catching up with old friends and making new ones.
